Already Knew - Chapter 3 [Jack Frost x Reader]"My name is Jack. Jack Frost."
You take a few steps backwards to take in what you just heard.
"Jack Frost? The winter spirit?" you look at him with wide eyes, as if you were a deer in front of headlights.
"Bingo." he said, a smile appearing on his face.
"I don't believe it, not for a second." You shake your head furiously, closing your eyes tightly. It's all a dream, it's all a dream... you chant this mantra mentally, hoping that you would somehow just wake up on the couch.
"But you can see me, so you must believe in me!" he closes his eyes for a few seconds, gradually opening them again, "Anyways, now that I told you my name, can I have my staff back?" he looks at you, arms outstretched, hands open, ready to take his staff back.
You open your eyes and slowly nod your head, cautiously hand him back his staff.
"You can't be Jack Frost... It's all just a myth isn't it?" you look at him, staring directly at his blue eyes.
"I'm not a myth, otherwise I wouldn't be here standing in
Already Knew - Chapter 2 [Jack Frost x Reader]There he was, the boy with the snow white tufts of hair, and breathtaking azure eyes. Before you could even make sense of how this was even possible you let out a loud shriek, startling the boy, making him slip off the giant rock and onto the ice frosted lake. You let out another shriek as his head hit the ice, causing a loud thumping sound.
He wasn't moving. Not a single sign that he was conscious, or alive.
You shake your head, turning around and running at full speed, eyes tightly closed trying to forget what had just happened. You stop abruptly, standing still as a statue. You breathe in and out slowly, eventually catching your breath.
Finally calming down you come to realize, you can't just leave him there, out in the cold like that. You have to help him, you force yourself to ignore about that odd dream and the many other questions stirring in your head.
You take a few minutes before your back at the lake, he's still there, and still glued to the same spot he fell on.
Believe in MeI see him.
I'm sure he knows that I do, but maybe he doesn't. I choose to keep this my little secret.
I await the coming of winter, the first snowfall, a sign of his arrival.
With the swish of his staff snow appears.
I can't help but smile.
The snowflakes tell me the story of his past, a past that he himself is trying to remember.
I dance with the snow, twist and turn, step by step.
His work is beautiful, a wonderful world of splendor, a magical place full of ice.
I wonder why people would hate such a wonderful sight. If only they could see the artist behind the magnificence.
His blue eyes deep as an ocean, has seen more than what many have seen. I wonder what it must have been like, alone and invisible all these years. But still he manages to feel joy.
I know deep inside he feels alone, that no one believes in him.
But I do, I believe in his existence. If only he would open his eyes and see that I believe in him. I believe in you, but please believe in me too.
Already Knew - Chapter 4 [Jack Frost x Reader]You don't even remember going to bed last night, but after all the havoc you went through yesterday, a good rest was needed.
You wake up, rubbing your eyes. You quickly scan the room and shake your head. He couldn't have been real, maybe it was all really just a dream... you think to yourself, closing your eyes and sighing. Just another crazy dream.
You stretch your arms towards your night table to grab a comb but touch something else. You pick the item up and look at it. It's the flower.
Your eyes widened, staring at the flower in disbelief. It was all real. Everything that happened last night was real. Snowing in your room, meeting Jack Frost, all those things were real. It wasn't just another dream.
Before you start celebrating that magic is real and mythical beings do exist, you decide to freshen up. You come out feeling better, finally relieved that you're all cleaned. It felt like all the stress from yesterday had just been lifted away.
With nothing else to do
Already Knew - Chapter 1 [Jack Frost x Reader]The first snow fall is always one of your favorite times of the year. It gives you a reason to get out into the cold weather. You stare at the sky as the snowflakes slowly find their way to the ground, swirling around each other as if they were dancing. It was like being in a snow globe.
The whir of the car breaks you out of your trance and you realize your parents are already driving off. You shout them one last goodbye before heading inside.
You sigh with relief. Your parents are going to be out of your hair from mid November to Christmas day.
You slump on the couch wondering what to do, there's nothing much to do in the house other than to read and watch TV. But reading any of the books won't do any good since you've already read all of them, and nothing good is on TV. Going out to the mall would be fun, but it's at least a 30 minute drive to the mall, and the only car that you could use is taken.
You just decide to go ahead and find a book to read on the bookshelf, you never know,
Already Knew - Chapter 7 [Jack Frost x Reader]No! No! No! I can't be having these feelings for him! He's the spirit of winter for Heavens sake! Why couldn't I have just had a crush on some unsuspecting boy? WHY OF ALL PEOPLE DOES IT HAVE TO BE HIM?!
You were starting to fight yourself in your head, trying to come up with a proper conclusion. You didn't like him, you liked him. You just couldn't decide.
You shook your head in frustration. Slightly clutching and pulling the ends of your hair.
You had completely forgotten about Jack, too lost in your own thoughts.
It wasn't long till Jack noticed how much you were shaking your head furiously back and forth. The playful look in his eyes suddenly faded away, and worry instantly came over him.
"Are you okay [name]? Do you have a headache?" Jack asked, slowly placing his hand on your shoulder. His piercing blue eyes staring at yours, "Answer me." He said, his tone suddenly becoming serious.
"I'm... I'm just thinking too much." You replied back, turning away from Jack's gaze, "I'
